• Legally, you are responsible for your application, not your consultant.

Your personal Involvement

• Consultants check the documentation provided by you, but they do not write/prepare documents on your behalf.

• Success depends on your meeting program requirements and completeness of documents which you provide.

• Realistic Readiness: Beware of consultants claiming you are ready to apply while you may not be. A responsible consultant will guide you on what is crucial and what needs improvement.

• No Guarantees: Remember, no consultant can guarantee success.

Misrepresentation: definition and consequences

• Falsified Personal Information: Incorrect identity details or history.

• Omitting Critical Information: Failure to disclose important facts or changes.

• Fraudulent Documents: Submitting forged or inaccurate documents and translations.

• Inconsistent Statements: Contradicting information across documents.

• Misrepresentation of relationships: Incorrectly representing relationships with family members.

• Incorrect Financial Information: Hiding or misreporting assets or income.

Consequences

• Application Denial: Your application may be rejected if misrepresentation is found.

• Legal Repercussions: Misrepresentation may result in legal consequences, including a ban on reapplying.
